June 2021 Update

At Ft. Washington Avenue, as of June 11, 2021, PRC has completed:

• 224 bathroom renovations, including upgrades such as replacement of toilets, bathtub/showers, sinks, light fixtures and flooring, installation of new mirrored medicine cabinets as well as freshly tiled and painted walls.
• 84 kitchen renovations, including upgrades such as newly painted walls, replacement of kitchen appliances (refrigerators, stoves, sinks), new wooden cabinets, new countertops, new tiled backsplashes and new flooring.

Looking to next steps, we are looking forward to continuing with flooring, painting, boiler and mechanical work this month and beginnning roofing work in July, and window replacement an elevator wrok in August.
